Hellaby Community Project

Hellaby Community Project hosted a Christmas Party on the 18th December at the Centenary Hall. A Halloween Family Party to celebrate the reopening of Centenary Hall was held on Saturday 29th October 2011. There was  a fancy dress competition, games, music and a quiz.

The big picnic was on Barrie Grove Playing Field on Sunday 5th June 2011 at Barrie Grove Playing Field.

26th July 2010: Congratulations to Hellaby Community Project, the first group to have achieved these requirements producing six newsletters during the year. Their laptop is now the property of the group.

Hellaby Community Project have the aim to promote and improve the environment, facilities and well being of the village of Hellaby.The group produces a regular newsletter which is printed by Rother Fed. This group won the TARA Good Practice Campaigning Award for 2007  for their determined actions to retain their village hall for the community.The Barrie Grove Playground is planned to have improvements in 2009 and money has been allocated to support these.
